Diet Planning - Taking The Guess Work Out Of Vitality
In reality, creating and eating a healthy diet plan only requires some simple planning. Often however, we just want to be told what to eat so we can see results fast. But meals don't have to be fancy, and they don't have to be expensive in order to start seeing results in the way you feel daily.
- Commit yourself to eating every 4 hours and snack if you're hungry. It is best to plan ahead what you are going to eat each day and always ensure that fresh and raw foods are included in each meal that you have.
- Eat your meals more slowly. Never eat on the run. Not only will this give you more time to digest what you have eaten, but it will also make you feel more satisfied after each meal. No one wants to feel hungry all the time, so don't! You don't need to be hungry to get in shape and feel great!
- Ensure that you include plenty of healthy foods in your eating such as fruit, vegetables, organic meats, beans, some organic dairy products (not me), as well as fish. Avoid foods that are processed and sugar.
- Drink a lot of filtered water. Dilution is the solution to pollution in your body.
If you are currently eating at irregular times, overeating, or making poor food choices, you may have a problem keeping your blood sugar levels under control. This is the real sucker of vitality.
These simple tips are really the only basics you need to remember in planning an eating a healthy diet for you and your family.
Healthy Eating every day does not have to mean time-consuming menu preparation or boring meals!
Studies show that a lifestyle approach to nutrition, not a short term crash diet, is most likely to lead to increased energy levels and a fully functional body. You should consult with a health care professional before starting any diet (that's to cover my butt), exercise or supplementation program, before taking any medication, or if you have or suspect you might have a health problem. Monitor your weight, the way your clothing fits on a weekly basis, your energy levels and enjoy life to it's maximum...pain free.
